C.Sita Rama Sastry has 28 years of experience in the field of EPC, Project Management & Real Estate. A Civil Engineer by profession, worked in the fields of Industrial (Fertilizers, Petrochemicals, Float Glass, Petroleum Refinery, Thermal Power), Infrastructural (Multi Purpose Quay Berths, Storage Terminals, Sewage Treatment Plants, Telecom, Petroleum Retail Outlets) and Real Estate (Residential, Commercial and Office Space).
Prior to foraying in to his own enterprise, he worked with India’s Premier Engineering Company, L&T–ECCG as a Contractor, Worlds renowned Process Consultants M/s Jacobs (Formerly Humphreys & Glasgow) as an EPC Consultant and India’s Largest Business Enterprise Reliance Group as a client to name a few.
He worked for marine works in Visakhapatnam Port Trust, Fertilizer Storage Terminal for GFCL at Vizag, Petrochemical works for Reliance Hazira Ph – II, Sewage Treatment Plant works for CMWSSB, Chennai & OWSSB, Bhuwaneswar, India’s largest grass root refinery Project for Reliance at Jamnagar, Float Glass Project for Saint Gobain Glass at Chennai, Telecom Infrastructure, Petroleum Retail Outlets and office buildings of Reliance ADA Group, Spearheaded Indu’s Real Estate Initiatives and Thermal Power Plant works at KTPP and Several Solar Projects.

M. Pavan Kumar Reddy has 15 years of rich experience in Power Infrastructure both as an employee and entrepreneur. He worked for
Thermal Power Plants, Telecom Infrastructure, Chain of prestigious Retail Outlets, Multiplexes, Real Estate, Heavy Metal Processing,
Sewage Treatment Plants etc.
An Electrical Engineer by profession, gained experience in all aspects of EPC and commercial aspects of development works.
He worked with various companies like Reliance Group, Reliance ADA Group, Indu Projects Limited etc. As an entrepreneur he
has served companies like Mcnally Bharath, Hindusthan Dorr Oliver, Mahendra, Tata, M+W, ITC etc.,
In the last four years, he has worked extensively on Solar Projects and he is instrumental in completing 7 projects of different sizes and scope aggregating to ~40 Mw.
